Use uglyc.at as your custom url shortener in TweetDeck Desktop.

Go to "settings" ("preferences" on Mac) and then "services". Next, click on the URL Shortening drop down box and select: "Other". Enter the following url in the textfield:

http://uglyc.at/shorten.php?url=%@

Like this:


You're done. All url's will now be shortened by uglyc.at.
